Perspectives on Affordable Housing for All Canadians

The second discussion in our series on national housing priorities will feature special guest Brad Vis, MP for Mission-Matsqui-Fraser Canyon and Conservative Shadow Minister for Housing. Joining Mr. Vis for a panel discussion will be Tim Richter, President & CEO, Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness and Kevin Albers, Board President, Canadian Housing and Renewal Association and CEO, M’akola Housing Society and M’akola Development Services.

With a federal budget just weeks away and an election possible this year, this discussion, led by Habitat for Humanity Canada CEO Julia Deans, could not be more timely. Together with a panel of thought leaders on housing policy, you will hear from and be able to ask questions of federal Shadow Minister Brad Vis, who will provide the Conservative Party of Canada’s perspective on what a national strategy for affordable housing should focus on, as Canada transitions from crisis to economic recovery.
