Yes, we issue charitable tax receipts for all monetary donations. Receipts are sent to the mailing address or email address we have on file for you. If you did not receive your tax receipt for the previous tax year, please contact our donations team at donations@habitat.ca

Questions about our homeownership program

Anyone can apply to become a Habitat for Humanity homeowner. To qualify, you must demonstrate a need for housing, be able to make affordable mortgage payments, and be willing to partner with your local Habitat, including completing up to 500 volunteer hours.
