Reservations

Hotel reservations are to be made by delegates.

Book your group rate for Habitat for Humanity Canada’s Leadership and AGM 2026

You can book your accommodations by calling Marriott reservations at 1-800-668-3656 or through the hotel direct reservations line at 416-244-1711. Please quote Habitat for Humanity Canada when booking to receive the reduced event rate of $209 to $239/night plus applicable provincial and local taxes.

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all rooms in the block have been reserved or until the reservation deadline of April 20, 2026. Room accommodations booked after this deadline or outside of the block are subject to hotel availability and prevailing rates.

Note: Cancellations are the sole responsibility of the delegate.

Parking and Complimentary Shuttle Services

The hotel offers over 1,300 outdoor parking spaces and will be providing us a discount of $20 + tax daily. If you are not staying overnight, but require parking daily, please see Deanna Miller to claim your parking discount voucher.

There is a complimentary 22-hour shuttle available to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport, every 30 minutes. 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. ET, 7 days a week.
