Registration will open on Tuesday, July 28 and will close on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 11 p.m. ET.
Registration is incomplete until BOTH registration and payment is received. Please have your credit card ready as you will be prompted early in the registration process for payment information.
Due to the number of rooms required, a room block has not been secured. We have provided hotel options below to suit your needs and budget. Please note all recommended accommodations are very close to Habitat Heartland Ontario’s offices, the distance is noted below.

Join the team on Tuesday evening at 5pm for a group dinner at Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar. Scaddabush is Italian slang for “a little bit of everything.” And that describes them best – from authentic fresh-made pastas & pizzas to artisanal cocktails, experience true Italian indulgence at Scaddabush.
Please note this is not included in the registration fee.
All cancellations and delegate substitutions must be made in writing to Deanna Miller at dmiller@habitat.ca. Cancellations will be refunded until November 2. After this date, no refund will be granted.
Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost but must be approved by Deanna Miller. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. When cancelling registration, the online service fee you paid for when registering will not be refunded under any circumstances. Even when cancelling before November 2.
Habitat Canada respects your privacy.
