Registration will open on Tuesday, July 28 and will close on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 11 p.m. ET.
Registration is incomplete until BOTH registration and payment is received. Please have your credit card ready as you will be prompted early in the registration process for payment information.

You can book your accommodations by calling reservations at 1-855-205-4638. Please quote Habitat Canada ReStore Meeting or the block code"2610HABITA" when booking to receive the reduced event rate of $220 to 230/night plus applicable provincial and local taxes.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all rooms in the block have been reserved or until the reservation deadline of September 25, 2026. Room accommodations booked after this deadline or outside of the block are subject to hotel availability and prevailing rates.
Note: Cancellations are the sole responsibility of the delegate.

Join the team on Tuesday evening at 5 p.m. for a group dinner at Valentino’s, a Hamilton gem for nearly 50 years with quality Italian cuisine—where bold ideas meet careful execution. Rooted in tradition and open to innovation, our dining room and patio remains a place for family, celebration, and conversation.
Please note this is not included in the registration fee.
There is no official dress code. Please remember temperatures in meeting rooms vary and you many want to bring a light sweater.
All cancellations and delegate substitutions must be made in writing to Deanna Miller at dmiller@habitat.ca. Cancellations will be refunded until October 12. After this date, no refund will be granted.
Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost but must be approved by Deanna Miller. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. When cancelling registration, the online service fee you paid for when registering will not be refunded under any circumstances. Even when cancelling before October 12.
Habitat Canada respects your privacy. We will use the information you provide on the registration site to process your registration only, facilitate the necessary arrangements for this event, share participant lists and materials as deemed appropriate, and any follow-up that may be required afterwards.
