Registration will open on Tuesday, July 28 and will close on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 11 p.m. ET.
Registration is incomplete until BOTH registration and payment is received. Please have your credit card ready as you will be prompted early in the registration process for payment information.

You can book your accommodations by calling reservations at 905-372-2105. Please quote Habitat for Humanity Canada when booking to receive the reduced event rate of $195.38/night plus applicable provincial and local taxes.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all rooms in the block have been reserved or until the reservation deadline of August 31, 2026. Room accommodations booked after this deadline or outside of the block are subject to hotel availability and prevailing rates.
Note: Cancellations are the sole responsibility of the delegate.

Join the team on Monday evening at 5pm for a group dinner at Tuscan Wolf Pizzeria. Tuscan Wolf Pizzeria brings the authentic taste of Tuscany to Northumberland County with handcrafted, artisan-style pizzas made from fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Founded by Italian-trained Chef Marco Caveglia, the restaurant is known for its thin-crust pizzas, traditional Italian recipes, and welcoming atmosphere that makes every meal feel like a visit to Italy.

There is no official dress code. Please remember temperatures in meeting rooms vary and you many want to bring a light sweater.
All cancellations and delegate substitutions must be made in writing to Deanna Miller at dmiller@habitat.ca. Cancellations will be refunded until September 14. After this date, no refund will be granted.
Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost but must be approved by Deanna Miller. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. When cancelling registration, the online service fee you paid for when registering will not be refunded under any circumstances. Even when cancelling before September 14.
