Registration will open on Tuesday, July 28 and will close on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 11 p.m. ET.
Registration is incomplete until BOTH registration and payment is received. Please have your credit card ready as you will be prompted early in the registration process for payment information.
Reservations
During the event registration process through Eventbrite, you will be asked for your check-in and check-out dates. Once received, Deanna Miller, Senior Manager, National Conferences and Events will make your hotel reservation for you.
She will notify you once this information has been provided to the hotel and will then give you the reservation number so you can call the hotel and provide your credit card details.
PLEASE NOTE: YOUR ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION WILL NOT BE FINALIZED UNTIL THE HOTEL HAS RECEIVED YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
The reduced event rate of $215/night plus applicable provincial and local taxes have been secured. Please note breakfast is complimentary each morning with your stay from 6:30am to 9:30am.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all rooms in the block have been reserved or until the reservation deadline of August 26, 2026. Room accommodations booked after this deadline or outside of the block are subject to hotel availability and prevailing rates.

All cancellations and delegate substitutions must be made in writing to Deanna Miller at dmiller@habitat.ca. Cancellations will be refunded until August 31. After this date, no refund will be granted.
Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost but must be approved by Deanna Miller. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. When cancelling registration, the online service fee you paid for when registering will not be refunded under any circumstances. Even when cancelling before August 31.
Habitat Canada respects your privacy. We will use the information you provide on the registration site to process your registration only, facilitate the necessary arrangements for this event, share participant lists and materials as deemed appropriate, and any follow-up that may be required afterwards. There is no official dress code. Please remember temperatures in meeting rooms vary and you many want to bring a light sweater.
