All cancellations and delegate substitutions must be made in writing to Deanna Miller, Senior Manager, National Conferences and Events: dmiller@habitat.ca. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

Cancellations will be refunded in full until October 28, 2024. After this date, no refund will be granted.
