Prime Minister Trudeau releases video message supporting Habitat's Carter Work Project

We are very pleased to announce that our 23rd Prime Minister of Canada, the Right Honourable Justin Trudeau, has recorded a video endorsing our Habitat for Humanity Carter Work Project!

The 34th Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project is coming to Canada this July. To mark Canada’s 150th anniversary, local Habitats representing every province and territory in Canada will be building 150 homes in support of this project.

Habitat for Humanity is making a significant impact on the affordable housing crisis in Canada – building alongside Habitat partner families to ensure they have a safe, decent and affordable place to live and thrive. We are thrilled that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is recognizing our efforts and helping to spread the message about this amazing project, which will bring so many Canadians together in an effort to build healthier lives for families across the country.
