Fees and packages

Habitat on the Hill | Monday and Tuesday, November 3-4

No registration fee. There isn’t a registration fee to attend Habitat on the Hill besides your accommodations, travel and additional food and beverage that may be incurred.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR ATTENDANCE

This package includes the following:

Briefing and training session on Monday afternoon
Caivan Factory Tour and Reception on Monday evening
Meetings with MPs and select officials
Reception on Tuesday evening
Breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Tuesday

National Leadership Summit | Wednesday, November 5

$300

This package includes the following:

All plenary sessions on Wednesday
Breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Wednesday

Photo and video release

Photography and filming may be in progress at this event. By attending, you agree to allow for your image to appear in our videotaping and photography for any and all purposes deemed beneficial to Habitat for Humanity Canada, including social media posts.

Registration and payment

Registration will open on Monday, September 9 and will close on Thursday, October 16, 2025,
at 11 p.m. ET.

Registration is incomplete until BOTH registration and payment is received.

Please have your credit card ready as you will be prompted early in the registration process for payment information.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations and delegate substitutions must be made in writing to Deanna Miller at dmiller@habitat.ca. Cancellations will be refunded until October 16. After this date, no refund will be granted.

Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost but must be approved by Deanna Miller. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. When cancelling registration, the online service fee you paid for when registering will not be refunded under any circumstances. Even when cancelling before October 16.

Habitat Canada respects your privacy. We will use the information you provide on the registration site to process your registration only, facilitate the necessary arrangements for this event, share participant lists and materials as deemed appropriate, and any follow-up that may be required afterwards.
