Full Registration – Single Occupancy Accommodations

$1575.00 plus $102.10 online service fee – Full Registration (Monday to Thursday)

Full conference registration includes: All meals and plenary sessions Monday through Thursday. Monday is dinner ONLY. Registration also includes single occupancy accommodations for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening.

Please note: Rooms are limited and are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Don’t miss out and register early!

Full Registration – Double Occupancy Accommodations

$1275.00 – plus $82.90 online service fee – Full Registration (Monday to Thursday)

Daytime Registration – NO Accommodations

$975.00 – plus $63.70 online service fee – Daytime Registration (Monday to Thursday)

Daytime registration includes: All meals and plenary sessions Monday through Thursday. Monday is dinner ONLY. Registration DOES NOT include accommodations for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening. Accommodations and transportation are the responsibility of the delegate.

Limo Bus to Hockley Valley Resort

$60.00 – plus $5.13 online service fee

Transportation shuttle includes: Limo bus from Habitat Canada Distribution Centre to Hockley Valley Resort on Monday, November 6, departing at 3:00p.m. Please note: There is NO PARKING available to leave your vehicle at the Distribution Centre.

Limo Bus to Toronto Pearson Airport

$60.00 – plus $5.13 online service fee

Transportation shuttle includes: Limo bus from Hockley Valley Resort to Toronto Pearson Airport on Thursday, November 9, departing at 3:30p.m.

Registration and Payment

Registration will open on Monday, September 18, 2023 and will close on Monday, October 13, 2023 at 11 p.m. ET. Registration is incomplete until BOTH registration and payment is received. Please have your credit card ready as you will be prompted early in the registration process for payment information.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and delegate substitutions must be made in writing to Laurissa Erickson at lerickson@habitat.ca. Cancellations will be refunded until September 30. After this date, no refund will be granted. Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost but must be approved by Laurissa Erickson. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. When cancelling registration, the online service fee you paid for when registering will not be refunded under any circumstances. Even when cancelling before September 30.

We will use the information you provide on the registration site to process your registration only, facilitate the necessary arrangements for this conference, share participant lists and materials as deemed appropriate, and any follow-up that may be required afterwards.
