The OpportunityDatabase Administrator – Raiser’s Edge will work as part of One Team, supporting resource development programming as well as assisting other departments at Habitat Canada. This will be a one (1) year contract position. The incumbent will report to the Lead, Data Management & Analytics, One Team and will be primarily responsible for implementation of ongoing and ad hoc projects related to timely gift and constituent data processing, production of donation receipts and acknowledgement letters, daily administration of the Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Online databases and providing customer service to Habitat Canada donors. Additional responsibilities include importing and exporting donor and gift information, managing gift and constituent coding systems, maintaining accuracy and integrity of data in Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Online, financial reconciliation in collaboration with the Finance team, as well as production of fundraising reports and mailing lists in support of direct response operations. Database Administrator – Raiser’s Edge serves as a subject matter expert and provides Raiser Edge NXT training for One Team and other teams using the database.
