Habitat for Humanity
Dear Friend of Habitat,

Welcome to the fall edition of Habitat for Humanity Canada’s eNewsletter. We hope that you and your loved ones had a safe and enjoyable summer, even if the weather left something to be desired, for the most part.

As we welcome fall and the start of another school year, it’s important to recognize the importance of home. As many of you recognize, the value of adequate, affordable housing far exceeds the structure of the home itself.

A safe, decent and affordable home helps families in need secure better jobs, improves health and provides an immeasurable sense of dignity and self-confidence. Through our work, we’ve also learned that when one family’s hope is restored, an entire community benefits.

In this edition, you’ll read about our partners, the inspiring work of one young woman, and a heartwarming story about a partner family.

If you know of others interested in the work of Habitat for Humanity, please feel free to forward this eNewsletter message. They can sign-up here to receive our next issue.

All the best,

Habitat for Humanity Canada
