| Dear Friend of Habitat, During this period of uncertainty, Habitat for Humanity Canada continues to build stronger communities that will contribute to our social and economic prosperity. We have seen how families in Habitat homes have improved their health, education, employment prospects and their ability to give back to the community. Now is the time to ensure we continue to create these opportunities for those in need. At a moment when the Canadian public has a keen eye to the progress in our country, the Habitat movement and its supporters can raise the profile of the affordable housing issue and help define the ways in which the hardest hit families can thrive in these difficult times. We hope that volunteers, companies, and individuals alike will continue to join us in raising our voice and making homeownership an accessible solution. If you know of others interested in joining the Habitat movement this year by donating, participating, or advocating, please feel free to forward this message or have them sign up here to receive our next issue.
